I'm sure everyone has at least heard about the case of the 5 year old little girl that was handcuffed by police.

Now I think that little girl was bad as hell and her MOM should give her daughter an ass whipping but I not sure if the police should have done what they did.


Infact I wonder if those police officer would have down the same thing if the little brat was white.
